Diponegoro Semarang University

Diponegoro University is a public university in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.

It was founded in 1957 as a private university by the Semarang University Foundation.

The university has 11 faculties, including economics and business; social and political science; humanities; law; medicine; engineering; fisheries and marine science; natural sciences and mathematics; public health; animal agriculture; and psychology. There is also one postgraduate school that offers eight doctorate programmes and 28 master’s programmes. There is also a vocational school that provides a wide variety of courses for students.

Diponegoro University held the 20th IRSA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE in 2025.
