Forum Kajian Pembangunan (FKP) hosted by IRSA

The 18th conference of the Indonesian Regional Science Association (IRSA) was held in Bogor on 17 and 18 July 2023. About 250 were selected for presentation in the parallel sessions. From these, 3 papers were selected to receive the IRSA-BKF best papers awards, and 3 papers for the IRSA-SMI best papers awards (PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero).

This FKP present 3 best papers from the 18th IRSA conference on recent research in industrial development.

• Presentation 1, by Arief A. Yusuf (Universitas Padjadjaran), on “Pandemic-induced De-urbanisation in Indonesia”.
• Presentation 2, by Muhammad Syaikh Rohman (Universitas Airlangga), on “The Impact of a Longer Period of Schooling on the Health Outcome and Wealth Outcome: Indonesian Case Study”.
• Presentation 3, by Achmad Rifa’I (Learning-Up Institute), Doddy Purwoharyono (BAPPENAS), and Muhamad Fickri Ramadhan (BAPPENAS), on “Economy-Wide Impacts of Natural Resource Downstream Policy: the Case of Nickel Moratorium”.
