ITDC – Indonesian state-owned company that build and operates the well-known Nusa Dua Complex at the southern part of Bali – it was established in 1973 after an exhaustive study by Indonesian Government and The World Bank that sought to create an environmentally sustainable and integrated model of tourism destination.
